We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

1. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • In the exact same condition that you received it.

  • Unworn or unused.

  • All original tags must be attached.

  • Must be in its original packaging.

  • You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

2. How to Start a Return

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label along with detailed instructions on how and where to send your package.

5. Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get the item you want is to return the item you currently have. Once your return is accepted and processed, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.

6. Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved.

  • If approved: You will automatically be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days.

  • Processing times: Please remember that it can take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.
